The examination authority, West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) will be conducting a Common Entrance Examination for the admission of students into Undergraduate Courses in Engineering & Technology, Pharmacy, and Architecture of different Universities, Government Colleges as well as Self Financing Engineering & Technological Institutes in the State of West Bengal for the academic session 2023-24.
The exam will be conducted on 30th April 2023, admit card for WBJEE will be released by 20th April 2023 tentatively. The online applications were submitted from 19th December 2022 till 8th January 2023. The recruitment authority will release only a soft copy of admit card no hard copy will be delivered to the candidate, so the candidate must keep checking the official website for the latest updates related to the exam.

The candidate must carry the admit card along with other identity documents to the examination hall as without it they won’t be able to enter the examination hall. If the candidate failed to produce admit card they would be disqualified from the exam.
WBJEE Selection Procedure
The selection process will be conducted in multiple phases as mentioned below:
- Written Exam: The exam will be held offline, and the exam will be conducted for Mathematics and Physics & Chemistry.
- Merit List: Depending on the exam result, the merit list of the students will be published.
- Counselling Session: The candidates will apply for counseling sessions for multiple colleges as per their course selection and marks scored in the written examination.
- Document Verification: The candidate will get their documents verified in the institutes.
- Admission List: The selection list will be published by colleges post counseling and document verification for different courses with the names of selected students in respective institutes.

No.-2) and email: info@wbjeeb.in). The admit card is a must-carry element on the examination day along with valid id proof and a passport-size photograph.
How to download Admit Card for WBJEE 2023?
- Visit the official website at wbjeeb.nic.in.
- Go to the “WBJEE” section.
- Click on the “JEE Admit Card” link.
- Enter the registration number and sign in.
- Once logged in, verify the details on Admit Card.
- Take a printout of the admit card as it will be the entry ticket for the candidate in the examination hall, in case of any discrepancy reach out to the examination authority.
