The Board of Secondary Education, Uttrakhand is going to organise the Teacher Eligibility Test 2023. The board will soon release the UTET Admit Card through the official website at ukutet.com. The tentative date for the exam has been announced and the exam is supposed to be conducted on 29 September 2023.
Online applications were received from eligible candidates from 30 June 2023 to 28 July 2023. The last date to pay the application fee in online mode was 31 July 2023. A large number of candidates have applied for the eligibility test and now they are looking for the UTET Admit Card 2023 to be released by the board a few days before the examination date.

It is mandatory for every candidate to qualify for this Teacher Eligibility Test to become a teacher in the schools of Uttrakhand. This test is conducted every year not only for Government Schools but also for some private institutes as they also prefer this test to select teachers for their institutes.
The Board will conduct two papers for primary teachers and for upper primary teachers. Candidates have opted for their respective papers while filling out the application form. The board will provide a certificate to all the qualified candidates which will be valid for 7 years.
Uttrakhand TET Paper I & II Pattern
The candidates must know the updated and detailed exam pattern to plan a strategy for the upcoming UTET 2023 Exam. Here we have discussed Uttrakhand TET Exam Pattern 2023 for both paper I & paper II separately.
- Paper I comprises 5 subjects whereas Paper II will have only 4 subjects.
- Both papers will include 150 MCQs of 1 mark each.
