Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Service Selection Commission has completed the process of examination for the posts of Village Development Officer, Gram Panchayat Adhikari and Samaj Kalyan Adhikari posts. The examination was conducted on 26 & 27 June 2023 at numerous examination centres allotted by the Selection Commission.
Earlier the UP SSSC conducted the examination for these posts on 22 and 23 December 2018. But at that time the Selection Commission was hold the UPSSSC VDO Result for the same and now after a long waiting time the Selection Commission has re-conduct the written test for these posts.

UP Subordinate Service Selection Commission announced the recruitment notification for the posts of Village Development Officer, Gram Panchayat Adhikari and Samaj Kalyan Adhikari in May-June 2018. The notification was issued to fill up the 1953 vacancies of mentioned posts.
Now the Selection Commission has completed the process of re-conduction of written tests for these posts. The candidates who will qualify in this exam will be shortlisted for the next phase of selection and then will be recruited for the available vacancies.
The examination for these posts was conducted for 300 marks and consisted of 150 questions i.e. each question was asked for 2 marks. A negative marking of 0.50 marks was also there in this examination. UPSSSC VDO Result for this exam will be declared soon through the official portal of UPSSSC.
