Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has released a recruitment notification to fill up the various available vacancies of Gram Panchayat Officer. The UPSSSC has released this recruitment for the qualified candidates of the UP Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET-2022) i.e. only the PET candidates are eligible to apply for these posts.
Through the recruitment Advt No. 01-Exam/2023 the Selection Commission is going to hire eligible candidates for 1468 vacancies of UPSSSC Gram Panchayat Officer. The recruitment notification is published on 16 May 2023 on the official portal of UPSSSC. The process of registration for these posts will be done online through the official portal of the Selection Commission.
The eligible candidates can submit their online applications for these posts from 23 May and the registration process will be closed on 12 June 2023. The applications submitted after the last date will not be accepted by the department while a duration of 7 days till 19 June 2023 will be given to edit the filled application form.

UPSSSC Gram Panchayat Officer Eligibility Details
As per the official notification, only the qualified candidates of PET 2022 can apply for these posts while the post-wise qualifications are different from the CET Examination. The candidates can check complete details through this page or you can read the official notification.
- The applicants must have completed their 12th class from any recognized education board.
- The candidates must have a NIELIT CCC Certificate.
The minimum age of candidates to apply for these posts is not less than 18 years while the upper age of applicants is not more than 40 Years as on 01 July 2023.
UPSSSC Gram Panchayat Officer Selection Process
The process of selection for these posts will be done on the basis of a written examination. First, the department will conduct the written examination for these posts. The candidates will be shortlisted for the written examination on the basis of their marks in the PET exam. The final selection of the applicants will be done on the basis of cut-off marks list.
