The examination authority will set up various examination centres across the state to accommodate all candidates. The examination will be conducted online for the selection of candidates. The candidates will not be permitted to enter the exam hall without the UP Energy Account Assistant Admit Card. Also, accompany it with other necessary documents to the exam centre.
UPPCL Assistant Accountant Selection Process
The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the Computer Based Test (CBT). The candidates will have to appear for the 200 marks examination if the board accepts their online applications. The board may conduct the test in multiple shifts and exam dates. Due to this, the board will use the score normalisation process.
- The written examination will have two parts.
- The first part will have 50 questions from the “O” Level Computer course.
- The second part will have 150 questions on various topics of General English & Hindi, Arithmetic and Accountancy, Auditing & Income Tax.
- All questions of the test will be multiple choice type.
- For each correct answer, candidates will get a 01 mark.
