Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board has issued a notification to fill up the vacant posts of Police Constable. As the application process for the same is over and the department is planning to move forward to the next phase.
TSLPRB is now planning to conduct the written exam for this recruitment for which the TSLPRB Constable Exam Date and TSLPRB PC Hall Ticket are now available on the official website of the department. The candidates who are looking for the same can grab it online from the department’s official portal.
On May 27th, the Police Recruitment Board of Telangana issued a notification regarding the conduction of a written examination for Police Constable. Through this notification, the officials have cleared that the TSLPRB Constable Preliminary Examination will be held on 21st August for which TS Police Constable Hall Ticket has been released on the official portal.

On April 25th, a Recruitment Notification No. 41 / Rect. / Admn.1 / 2022 was released by the Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board. The notification was published to fill up the 15644 vacant posts of Police Constable in Telangana State.
The registration process for this recruitment started on 2nd May and was completed on 20th May 2022. This is one of the biggest recruitment by the state police department so near about 9,54,064 candidates have applied for this recruitment.
After completing the registration process, the recruitment authority has planned to conduct the selection test for the same without wasting any time. The process of selection for the same will be done in various phases. The applicants are suggested to go through the selection process before moving forward to TS Police Constable Call Letter.
TSLPRB Constable Selection Process
- Preliminary Written Test (PWT)
- Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Final Written Examination (FWE)
The first phase of selection for Constable Recruitment is the Preliminary Written Test. The officials have issued the TS Police Constable Exam Date for this test. It will be an objective type of examination which will be organised on 21st August 2022. TSLPRB PC Hall Ticket for the prelims examination will be live on 11th August tentatively.
TS Police Constable Exam Pattern
- There will be 200 questions in this examination.
- Each question will be asked for 1 mark.
- Time duration of 3 hours will be given to complete the examination.
- The examination shall be objective type in nature.
- The questions will be asked in English, Telugu and Urdu languages.
- There will be a negative marking of -20% of full marks as per the wrong answer.
After the written exam, the qualified candidates will be selected for the next phase of selection and the aspirants who will qualify in all selection phases will be recruited for the respective posts.
