On the day of the exam, it will be divided into three shifts: the first shift will take place from 09:00 AM to 11:00 AM, the second shift will take place from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM and the third shift from 04:00 PM to 06:00 PM, with a total exam time duration of two hours. An aspirant needs to get a good overall score on the entrance exam in order to pass the Telangana State Education Common Entrance Test 2023. This will allow the applicant to get admission into B.Ed. programmes.

TS EDCET Exam Day Guidelines
- Candidates are reminded to bring their admit cards with them to the exam centre at all times.
- In addition to the admit card, aspirants are required to bring an original photo identification proof with them to the examination.
- Acceptable forms of identification include a PAN card, an Aadhaar card, a passport, or a driver’s licence.
- In addition to that, examinees are required to bring a black or blue ballpoint pen.
- Only at the time specified on the hall ticket are candidates required to check in and report to the exam location.
- Inside the testing facility, contestants are not permitted to bring any written materials or electronic devices, including calculators and mobile phones.
- Masks are required for every aspirant to wear.
- Candidates are required to carry a pocket hand sanitiser in a clear bottle with them at all times.
- Inside the exam centre, contestants are expected to observe the social distancing guidelines.
