The Telangana State Engineering Common Entrance Test is conducted at the state level for providing admission to deserving candidates in various colleges and universities in Telangana state.

The applicant must be a citizen of Telangana State. He or She must hold a diploma certificate in Engineering/Pharmacy/B.Sc in Mathematics.
