The officials of TNPSC will first organize the preliminary Exam for the Group 2 posts like Junior Assistant, Assistant, Junior Auditor, Inspector, LDC, and Other Posts. Candidates qualified in the Preliminary Exam will be eligible for the Main Exam. Spend most of your time preparing for the Preliminary Exam.
In the Preliminary Exam, there will be two parts. In Part 1, 100 multichoice questions will be asked from General Tamil and General English Topics. While in Part 2, 75 MCQs from General Studies and 25 MCQs from Aptitude & Mental Ability. The duration of the Preliminary Exam is 3 hours.
