Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission has successfully conducted the written test for Combined Engineering Subordinate Services Examination. The examination was conducted on 27 May at various examination centres all over the state.

The examination notification for CESSE was issued in the month of February 2023 and the process of registration was completed by 04 March 2023. The notification was published to fill up the 1083 vacancies of Overseer/ Junior Draughting Officer, Junior Draughting Officer, Junior Draughting Officer, Draughtsman, Grade – 3, Foreman, and Grade II posts.
After the registration, the department conducted the written test for the same. The examination was held on 27 May 2023. There were two papers in this examination. Paper-I was conducted for 300 marks while paper 2 candidates for 150 marks.
CESSE Answer Key Objection Process
Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission will release the Answer Key for this examination in two phases; Provisional Answer Key and Final Answer Key. In the first phase, the Service Commission will issue the TNPSC CESSE Provisional Answer Key and provide a chance for the candidates to submit objections against it if they found any wrong answer in the key.
The objection submission process will be done online and the link for the same will be provided by the officials. In order to submit your objection you have to provide valid proof of your concerns. After observing all the objections submitted by the applicants the department will issue the final solution.
