The TNTET 2022 Level 1 Exam’s examination dates have been made public following an announcement made by the TRB. According to the notice that was released by the TRB, the examination for Paper 1 will take place between 14 to 20 October 2022. This year’s examination, in place of the OMR-Based examination that was given in previous years, will be a computer-based examination.
- TN TET will organize two papers i.e. Paper 1 for Class 1 to 5 and paper 2 for Class 6 to 8.
- Each paper will carry 150 MCQs for 150 marks.
- The duration of the exam will be 3 hours.
- In Paper 1, questions will be asked on 5 topics i.e. Child development and pedagogy, Language(Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Kannada/Urdu), Language II i.e. English, Mathematics, and Environmental Science. 30 questions will be asked from each topic.
- In paper 2, 30 questions will be asked from each of the three topics i.e. Child development and pedagogy, Language(Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Kannada/Urdu), and Language II i.e. English. Besides, 60 questions will be asked from Maths & Science, Social Science, or any other selected subject.
