SSC GD Constable Physical Test Information ssc.nic.in Latest SSC Constable GD PET/PST Details 2023: Staff Selection Commission conducts the Physical Test for SSC GD Constable Recruitment in the second phase. In the first phase, they conduct the written examination.

They shortlist 20 times the available vacancies candidates for the Physical Test. The total vacancies offered under SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2022 are 24,369. For these posts, more than 2 lakh male and more than 30,000 female candidates will fight for their selection. These candidates will soon be invited for the Physical test i.e. PET and PST.

SSC may organize the Physical Test in May 2023. So, prepare well for the Physical tests. Check SSC GD Constable Physical Measurement Test(PMT) Details

Candidates will first go through the PMT for GD Constable Posts. PMT stands for Physical Measurement Test. This is also known as PST i.e. Physical Standard Test. Basically, it is tested whether the applicant’s height, chest and weight requirements are as mentioned in the notification or not. There are no specifications are provided for the Weight. But, candidates will be checked for Weight on the basis of Age and Height as per medical standards. Candidates should not be underweight or overweight. Otherwise, they will be disqualified.

Check SSC GD Constable Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Details

PET stands for Physical Efficiency Test. Ex-servicemen candidates are exempted from PET. They will attend only PMT or PST. But, they will have to qualify for PMT and then Medical Test. in the PET, candidates will have to go through the running test.
