Railway Recruitment Board (RRBs) will release the RRB Group D Admit Card for the Indian Railways Group-D 2021 Exam (RRC 01/2019) at least three weeks before the examination date. The exam is likely to be held in July 2022. Although the Railway Board has not announced the examination schedule officially.

Aspirants can download the RRB Admit Card for the Group D exam through the RRB regional websites of your respective Railway zone once these are released officially. The exam was earlier scheduled to be held from April to June 2021 which was postponed due to the COVID-19 situation. The new exam dates for RRB Group D Exam will be announced soon.

Last year, for a total of 1,03,769 Group D vacancies for the posts of Track Maintainer Grade-IV, Helper/Assistant, Assistant Pointsman, Level-I posts in Indian Railways the RRC received 1,15,67,248 applications from various zones.

Lakhs of candidates will appear in the written test on the scheduled date. Earlier this exam was proposed to be held in April 2021 but due to unavoidable conditions, the exam could not be taken.

RRB CEN 01/2019 Group D Exam Pattern

The RRB Group D exam will comprise various phases to get the eligible candidates selected for the respective posts. After the first successive stage exam, the qualified candidates will be called for the further phase. The scheme of the examination for various stages will be as follows:

The first stage of CBT will be 90 Minutes long in duration. A total of 100 Multiple choice questions will be asked in this online test. 1/3 of the marks allotted to the question shall be deducted for submitting a wrong answer.

The RRB Group D Admit Card 2022 will have important details mentioning the candidate’s name, roll number, aspirant’s photograph & signature, timing, and venue of examination on it. Aspirants will be able to download the same from the RRB regional website as per their respective zone.

Guidelines for RRB Group D Level 1 CBT

  • Candidates must follow the Covid-19 guidelines during the examination.
  • Aspirants must wear a mask in the exam centre and follow the social distancing at the exam centre.
  • Candidates should bring a water bottle with them.
  • Also, exam attendees need to carry hand sanitiser in a transparent bottle.

Things to carry at the Railway exam centre

  • Photo Identity Card

Candidates must bring an RRB Group D Admit Card print while appearing for the written exam. Also, candidates are required to produce a photo identity card for the invigilators at the entry gate of the exam centre. A valid photo identity card for this purpose may be among Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter’s ID Card, etc.

  3. Fill in the required details in an indicative format.
  4. Enter the captcha and click on submit button.
  5. Finally, download and check your respective admit card.
  6. Take a printout of the admit card for further reference.
