Applicant must have passed in Punjab Exam of Matriculation Standard. It is mandatory for all posts.
- Clerk-cum-Data Entry Operator: Graduation with at least 2nd Division or Post Graduation pass in any stream. In addition, the applicant must have a Diploma/ Certificate (Minimum 6 months) in Computer from an Institute having ISO Certification
- Manager and Senior Manager Posts: Post Graduation is compulsory.

The minimum age limit for PSCB Vacancy is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 37 years for General Category. Age relaxation will be provided as per government norms of Punjab State.

Selection of the candidate will be done through a written test, typing test (for DEO and Steno-Typist), and Document Verification. To qualify for the written test, a minimum of 40% marks are required for General Category and 35% marks for SC/ST Category.
