- The minimum educational qualification required for Stenographer posts is 12th Class Passed from any recognized board.
- A diploma in English Typing and English Shorthand. Minimum English Shorthand Speed of 80 Words Per Minute and minimum English Typing Speed of 40 Words Per Minute is essentially required for PHC Stenographer Vacancy.
- A Diploma or Certificate of a minimum of 6 Months duration is required for Steno posts.
- For Computer Operator-cum-Typist posts, the applicant must be a Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
As of 1st January 2022, the age limit for Steno and Computer Operator posts will be 18 Years to 37 Years. Age Relaxation as per the Bihar State Government Rules.
