Patna High Court Assistant Exam Schedule
The recruitment authority has only tentatively released the Preliminary Test date, which is scheduled for 30th April 2023. The candidate will be qualified for the next phase only if they clear this exam and then subsequently the examination dates will be shared.
Patna High Court Assistant Exam Pattern & Selection Process
The selection process will be conducted in four phases which are the Preliminary Test, Written Test, Computer Proficiency Test, and Interview. The details of each phase are shared below.
This test shall consist of 100 Objective Type Questions with multiple-choice answers. There shall not be negative markings for incorrect answers in the preliminary test. The Preliminary Test shall be of a total of 100 marks and the minimum qualifying marks shall be 40. The exam duration will be 2 hours. The candidate who cleared this phase will appear for the next phase.

This test shall be descriptive in nature and shall include two sections General English and General Hindi of 60 marks and 40 marks respectively. The exam duration will be 3 hours. A candidate shall be required to obtain 40% minimum qualifying marks i.e. 24 marks and 16 marks respectively in the sections of General English and General Hindi, for being considered to get shortlisted for an Interview.
