Odisha High Court Recruitment Board had issued a recruitment Advt. No. 03/2023 to fill up the vacant posts of Group D. The notification was published in the month of April 2023 and now the department is going to conduct the selection test for these posts.
Odisha Group D Exam Date for the selection test will be notified by the department through an official notification. Odisha High Court Recruitment Notification 03/2023 was published to hire the eligible candidates for 88 vacant posts of Peon and Mali posts. The process of registration for these posts started on 17 April and was completed by 01 May 2023.
After completing the registration procedure the department is now going to conduct the selection test post these posts. Odisha High Court Admit Card for the same will be released on the official website of the department but before moving forward let’s have a look at the selection process.
OHC Group D Selection Process
The department will shortlist the eligible candidates for the posts on the basis of three different selection phases. The aspirant who will qualify in all these phases of selection will be selected for the available vacancies.
- Preliminary Test
- Written Exam
- Viva-voce
In the initial phase, the candidates will be called for Prelims Test. The test will be of 25 marks and qualifying nature only. The marks of the Preliminary Test will not be added to the final merit list. But the candidates have to qualify for this test to get selected for the main exam.
The participant who will score a minimum of 12 marks will be selected for this phase of selection. In this test, you have to write a passage of 250 words in 30 minutes. The examination will be conducted for 50 marks. The candidates have to score a minimum of 25 marks to get qualified for this test.
It is the final phase of selection and will be conducted for 25 marks only. After this test department will prepare a merit list on the basis of marks of the Written Exam and Viva-voce. On the basis of the merit list, the final selection of applicants will be done.
