- For Nursing Assistant: The applicants must have passed SSLC (OR) HSC with science subjects and one Year Paramedical Certificate Course in Nursing Assistant/Multipurpose Hospital Worker.
- For Nurse: B.Sc Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc Nursing and DGNM from a University recognized by State/Indian Nursing Council.

NIL India Ltd Selection Process
The process of selection for these posts will be done on the basis of a written examination. The examination will be conducted for 100 marks and will consist of 100 questions. Time duration of 120 minutes will be given to complete this examination. After the selection test, the qualified candidates will be called for medical fitness round.
