NIT MCA Common Entrance Test notification was published by the National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur on 01 March 2023. Through this notification, the officials have invited online applications for NIMCET Exam.
Now the department is going to conduct the entrance test for the same. As per the official notification, NIMCET Examination is likely to be scheduled for 11 June 2023. NIMCET Admit Card for the same will be available for download from 01 June 2023. The students who are going to participate in this examination can download NIMCET Admit Card from the same portal. In order to Download NIMCET Admit Card, you have to submit your registration number and password.
NIMCET is basically a National Level Common Entrance Test conducted for admission in MCA Courses at Various NITs. This year, a total of 813 seats are available under 09 NITs at Agartala, Allahabad, Bhopal, Jamshedpur, Kurukshetra, Raipur, Surathkal, Tiruchirappalli, and Warangal.

The registration process for the NIMCET examination was started on 05 March 2023 and the officials have invited the applications till 16 April 2023. After the registration process, the next part is the Entrance Test which will be organized by the department in 30 cities in India.
Every year, lakhs of students have applied and participated in NIMCET Examination with the aim to get admission to the best NIT Colleges in the country. For the academic year 2023-24, NIMCET Entrance Exam is going to be held on 11 June 2023. NIMCET Admit Card for this exam will be released on the official website at least 10 days prior to the entrance test.
NIMCET Paper Pattern
- The paper will consist of 120 multiple-choice questions only.
- All the questions will be asked in English language only.
- The paper will be conducted for 1000 marks.
- There will be a negative marking in this examination for each wrong answer.
