Maharashtra State Eligibility Test has completed successfully by the Savitribai Phule Pune University in the month of March 2023. The Test is conducted as an eligibility test for the post of Assistant professor. The university has conducted the MH SET examination on 26th March for Maharashtra and Goa states.
MH SET has been conducted at various examination centers in 17 districts across the state. Lakhs of candidates have appeared in this examination which is conducted for 32 subjects. Now as the process is examination is over the University is going to declare the MH SET Result for the same.

The Savitribai Phule Pune University has conducted the MH SET Test after a gap of two years. MH SET is similar to UGC-NET (Assistant Professor) which is conducted for the posts of Assistant Professor only. Every year a massive number of applicants have participated in the written examination to confirm their eligibility for the post of Assistant Professor.
For MH SET 2022-23, the university has invited applications in the month of November 2022. The process of registration for this exam has started on 10 November and was completed on 30th November 2022 without any late fee. By paying a late fee of Rs. 500/- the application date was extended till 12th December.
After the applications process the examination has scheduled for 26 March and now the participants are waiting for the further process which is the exam result. Normally the University will declare the MH SET Result within a few days of the examination. In order to declare the exam result, the officials will release the Answer Key first, and then after releasing the final answer key the exam result will be declared.
Maharashtra SET Qualifying Marks – Cut-Off Marks
The candidates need to score the minimum qualifying marks to be eligible for the post of Assistant Professor. For the general categories, the candidates have to score a minimum of 40% aggregate marks in both the papers taken together while for reserved categories you need to score 35% aggregate marks in both papers.
