Manipur High Court Recruitment department is going to recruit eligible candidates for the available vacancies in MHC. On 19 April, the High Court of Manipur has released a recruitment advertisement to complete the recruitment process for 118 vacancies of LDA and Group D posts.
In this Recruitment Drive, 54 vacancies are reserved for Lower Division Assistants, and the rest 64 vacancies are for Group D posts. In Group D posts, 38 vacancies are for Peon, 21 vacancies are for Chowkidar and 5 posts are for Sweeper.
The process of submission of application forms for these posts will be done online through the official portal of the Manipur High Court. There are two types of vacancies in this recruitment drive and the eligibility criteria and other details for these posts are also different. The candidates can select the posts of their choice on the basis of their eligibility and can submit their applications for the same.
Manipur High Court Eligibility Criteria
Lower Division Assistant: The candidates should have completed their Graduation Degree from a recognized university and must have a basic knowledge of computer operation.
Group D: The applicants who have completed their 10th Class are eligible for these posts and they must have driving experience with Driving Licence.
The aspirants between 18 years to 38 years are eligible for this recruitment. The age will be calculated as of the last date of registration. There will be an age relaxation of 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ ST candidates.
MHC Selection Process
The process of selection for the mentioned posts will be done on the basis of various selection phases given below.

- Typing Test
- Viva Voce
For the posts of Lower Division Assistant, the MHC will conduct the written examination first, and then the shortlisted candidates will be called for the Typing Test. After this test, the qualified aspirants will be shortlisted for the next phase which is Viva-voce. The final selection of candidates will be done on the basis of the merit list.
For Group D posts, the department will conduct the written examination only. The applicants will be shortlisted for available posts on the basis of marks obtained by them in the written test.
