Educational Qualification
Paper 1: PUC or Class 12 with a minimum of 50 per cent, and either a passed or current student in the last year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education or a current or current student in the final year of a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
Paper 2: Graduation with a minimum grade point average of fifty per cent and completion of a two-year diploma programme in elementary education or a bachelor’s degree in education, or current enrollment in such a programme, is required (B.Ed).

KARTET Certificate Valididty
Candidates are given a qualification certificate if they pass the Karnataka TET with a score over the minimum number of points required to pass, which is stipulated by the state. At this point, the KARTET certificate has an indefinitely long duration of validity.
Age Limit
The minimum age requirement for applicants should be 18 years old, and the maximum age limit is 40 years old, relaxation in the upper age limit will be given to reserved category candidates.
