The recruitment authority, Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has released the notification for conducting the Jharkhand Lab Assistant Competitive Examination 2023(JLACE-2023) for the recruitment of Lab Assistant. Through this notification, the Commission is going to fill 690 vacancies for the post of Lab Assistant.

Of these 690 vacancies Lab Assistant has 230 vacancies each in the field of Chemistry, Biology, and Physics. The application submission process will start on the official website on 5th April 2023. The pay scale for the post of Lab Assistant is Level-6 i.e., Rs. 35,400 – 1,12,400. Eligibility Criteria for JSSC Vacancies

The candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline (Physics, Chemistry, or Biology) with at least 50% marks.

The age of the candidate applying for the post of lab assistant should be between 21 to 35 years. The age relaxation is provided to reserved categories, and the details of the same can be checked from the official notification.

The application fee to appear in the examination needs to payed via an online mode of payment. The application fee for different categories is as mentioned below.
