National Testing Agency is going to conduct the selection test for various Non-Teaching posts on the behalf of Jawahar Lal Nehru University. JNU Exam Date for the written exam is declared on the official portal. The candidates can check the Written Exam Date and venue from JNU Admit Card which is live now.
In February 2023, Jawahar Lal Nehru University has published a recruitment notification to fill the 388 vacant positions of Non-Teaching Staff. Through this notification, the officials have invited applications for Deputy Registrar, Assistant Registrar, Public Relation Officer, Senior Assistant, Section Officer, Junior Assistant, Assistant, Multi Tasking Staff, Junior Engineer, Senior Technical Assistant, Laboratory Attendant, Staff Nurse, Computer Operator and many more.
The National Testing Agency has declared the JNU Non-Teaching Posts Exam Date on its official website. The written examination for mentioned posts is to be held on 26 & 27 April 2023. You can check the Exam Date Notice here.
The registration process for the same started on 20th February and was completed by 10th March 2023. Now the NTA is all set to conduct the selection test for the above-mentioned posts for which JNU Admit Card is declared on its official website.

JNU Selection Process
The selection of candidates for these posts will be done on the basis of various selection phases. The available vacancies are from Group A, B & C so the selection test for different groups will be different. In order, the select the eligible candidates the written test and document verification test will be there in the selection process of all posts. In addition to the Written Test and Documents verification, the interview will be conducted for Group A Vacancies while the skill test will be for private secretary, personal assistant, stenographer, assistant, and junior assistant posts.
JNU Non-Teaching Staff Exam Pattern
The examination will consist of objective-type questions. Each question will be asked for 2 marks while there will be a negative marking of 1/4 (0.5) marks for each wrong answer. There will be two papers, Paper-1 and Paper-2 in this examination.
There will be a total of 150 questions in Paper-1 and a time duration of 120 minutes will be given to solve this examination.

Paper- 2 will be organized for a few posts. It will consist of 50 questions. Time durations of 90 minutes will be given to solve this examination. This paper will be a subject-specific exam but the subjects will be different as per the respective posts.
