The Indira Gandhi National Open University is going to conduct a competitive examination for the candidates who are seeking admission to B.Ed. course. For the same, the candidates will get their IGNOU B.Ed. Admit Card at least one or two weeks before the commencement of the examination.
The examination authority is scheduled to be organized on 08 January 2023. Aspirants may expect the publication of the admit card anytime. The examination authority will release the hall ticket on its official website where candidates will be able to download it in PDF format by providing their online application details.

A large number of candidates are expected to take part in the entrance examination. For the same, the university has made arrangements around the country. Candidates are advised to appear on time and at their allotted examination centres.
The candidates will not get the admit card as a hard copy from the exam authority. It will be released as a soft copy on the official web portal of the university. The candidates are advised to check the details given on the document before taking it to the exam centre.
Things to carry to the examination hall:
The candidates will have to carry some certain documents to appear in the exam hall. The candidates will be allowed to enter the exam centre without showing proper documentation. The aspirants will have to bring a valid photocopy of the IGNOU B.Ed. Entrance Exam Admit Card along with an ID Proof and two recent passports size photographs.
The candidates may carry Adhar Card, Passport, PAN Card, Driving License or any other valid identity card with a photo issued by the government or government recognised authority or person. The original Photo ID of the candidate will be required to show at the time of entry and during the exam too.

- The written examination will be conducted for a total of 100 marks.
- The candidates will get 100 MCQ questions in the exam.
- There will be two sections in the examination.
- For each correct answer candidates will get one mark.
- Aspirants will get 02 hours to solve the written exam.

- Then go to the “Admit Cards” section of the website.
- Then select the “IGNOU B.Ed. Entrance Test Admit Card”.
- After that enter the details of the candidate.
- Now you need to check those details and submit them.
- After that, the document will appear in front of you.
