Haryana Staff Selection Commission has issued a notification regarding HSSC CET Group D. Through this notification the Selection Commission is inviting the online application from deserving candidates for the posts of Group D. The registration process for the Haryana Group D CET Exam started on 05 June 2023.
In the year 2022, the HSSC issued the first notification for Haryana CET in the month of May 2022. At that time 10,94,636 applicants have submitted their applications for Group D Common Entrance Test. At that time the notification was issued for both Group C & D examinations. The Group C examination was completed previously but now the department is planning to conduct the entrance test for Group C posts.
The Commission has decided to provide a chance for deserving candidates to register themself for the CET exam. The aspirants who are interested in Group D posts and were not able to apply in the past can submit their applications now. The process of submitting the application will be done online through the CET portal launched by the HSSC.
HSSC has issued a notification regarding the extension of the HSSC Group D Application Date. Now the candidates can submit their application til 06 July 2023.
The registration for HSSC CET Group D started on 05 June 2023 and interested candidates can submit their online applications on or before the last date which is 26 June 06 July 2023 while the application fee can be submitted til 30 June 2023.

Recently Advertisement No 1/2023 has issued by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission regarding Group D CET. Through this notification, the Commission has cleared that a total of 13536 vacancies in Group D are to be filled through CET Exam. All details about the Group D CET exam such as eligibility, application fee and other criteria are described here.
The candidates should have completed their Secondary class from any recognized board or institute to apply for this examination.
The age of candidates should not be less than 18 years and not be more than 42 years.
The applicants have to pay One Time Application fee to apply for HSSC Group D CET. The category-wise fee details are given below.
- General Male: ₹ 500/-
- All Others: ₹ 250/-
HSSC Group D Selection Process
The applicants will be shortlisted on the basis of the Common Entrance Test. After completing the process of application the Commission will conduct the entrance test in the near future. The candidates who will score the qualifying marks will be shortlisted for this examination.
The selection of candidates will be done on the basis of a final selection list which will be prepared on the basis of CET marks and Socio-Economical Marks. In this list, 95% marks are added to CET Score while a maximum of 5% marks will be added from the Socio-Economical class.
