The Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission is going to conduct the Preliminary examination for Himachal Pradesh Administrative Services. As per the recent exam notice, the exam board will organize the written exam on 16 October 2022. The candidates will find their HPAS Admit Card listed on the official website.
The HPPSC released a notification for HPAS in June 2022 where it accepted online applications from the candidates from 17 June to 13 July 2022. As per the exam notification, a total of 29 posts will be filled through this selection process. first candidates will have to pass the prelims exam then the mains exam and last, they need to appear in the interview round.
The candidates are advised to download their HPPSC HPAS Admit Card as soon as it is published on the website commission to avoid the last-minute rush on the website servers. Also, they should match the details given on the hall ticket with their personal details. If there is any error in details then they should contact the board officials as soon as possible.

HPAS Prelims Paper Pattern
- The candidates will get Two Papers in the HPAS Prelims Exam i.e Paper 1 and Paper 2.
- Paper I will have questions related to General Studies while Paper II will have Aptitude test questions.
- The candidates will find MCQ in both papers.
- The candidates will get 02 Marks for each correct answer.
- There will be no negative marking in the examination.
- There will be 200 Questions which means the exam will be of 400 Marks.

- Now a link to the “Admit Cards” section is added to the homepage of the website.
- Open that section and find a link to the HPAS Call Letter.
- Then enter the details of the applicant and click on the submit button.
- Now check the document for any mistakes and download it.
- Then take out a clear and valid printout of it.
