Haryana CM launched ‘Jan Sahayak-Aapka Sahayak’ App
The freshly released Jan Sahayak Application allows you to use your mobile device to submit an RTI request or a CM Window complaint.
Manohar Lal Khattar, the chief minister of Haryana, unveiled a mobile platform on Wednesday in an effort to provide the government with “anywhere-anytime-anywhere” citizen (G2C) and business to citizen (B2C) services through a single access point. A mobile app called Jan Sahayak App will assist consumers to avoid the burden of visiting government offices.
According to the Chief Minister, each branch of government has made it obligatory to offer various citizen-centric services digitally as social distance has become the new standard.
The “Jan Sahayak-Aapka Sahayak” programme, according to the chief minister, would consist of a single digital platform that would provide access to crucial information about various government services, emergency helplines, and other data.
All emergency services, including Citizen Emergency Call 112, Police 100, Ambulance 108, Fire 101, Health 104, Women’s Helpline 1091, Children’s Helpline No. 1098, and COVID-19 Helpline No. 1075, can be reached through this app ( direct dialling).
