- The application must have completed Graduation or its equivalent from any recognized university.
- 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) or B.Ed.
- The applicants must be CET Qualified
The age of applicants should be between 21 years to 37 Years as on 01 January 2023. Age relaxation in the upper age limit is also given to the candidates belonging to reserved categories.

Chandigarh Primary Teacher Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be done on the basis of a merit list which will be prepared by the marks obtained by the candidates in the written examination.
