The Bihar School Education Board has conducted the entrance test for the D.EL.ED (D.Ed) Courses throughout the state. The examination took place over the course of many different shifts beginning on September 14 and ending on September 20, 2022. In most cases, the admissions decisions made by the board for JBT programs (Diploma in Elementary Education/D.El.Ed) were determined by the student’s performance in the 10+2 examination. After compiling a merit list determined by the candidate’s performance on the qualifying examination, the board would next assign seats using a general allocation mechanism.
The committee that oversees admissions, however, has chosen to hold the entrance test this year. According to the reports that were published by a variety of different media outlets, there were more than 2 lakh candidates who applied to take the test.
