The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) made the announcement that the Asia Cup 2023 would be contested in a 50-over format and that it will take place in September.
The Asia Cup 2023 will take place in Pakistan this year, but the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is hesitant to play there because of the political tensions that exist between India and Pakistan.
Ramiz Raja, who served as chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) at the time, disagreed with the position taken by the BCCI and even threatened to skip the 50-over World Cup in India.

Asia Cup 2023 Teams List
The next Asia Cup will feature a total of six different teams competing for the title. Whoever wins the qualifying round to select the sixth competitor will face off against the aforementioned five teams. Asia Cup 2023 Venue
The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced that Pakistan will host the 16th edition of the Asia Cup. The following locations are scheduled to host matches during the tournament:

Asia Cup Schedule 2023
The Asia Cup schedule will be released soon by the Asian Cricket Council. The beginning of matches for the Men’s Asia Cup will take place in September. This year’s tournament was scheduled to take place in Pakistan, however, the decision has not yet been made official since India has said that it would not go to Pakistan.
