Project Approval Board (PAB) has approved an amount of
RS.1131.01lakhs including spilled over amount of Rs. 587.59
lakhs. Out of that an amount of Rs. 930.93 lakhs has been
released. Subsequently an amount of Rs. 231.25 lakhs being
the salary of 395 teachers under extended OBB has also been
released. So the total Government of India release comes to
Rs.1162.18 lakhs. The State Government has released Rs.
555.00 lakhs being State Government share. The total
therefore comes to Rs. 1717.18 lakhs. Out of the said
amount, an amount of Rs 495.72 lakhs has been spent leaving
a balance of Rs. 1221.46 lakhs upto 31-03-2003. Taking the
unspent balance of Rs. 70.93 lakhs of the year 2001-2002 the
total unspent balance comes to Rs. 1292.39 lakhs (Rs.
1221.46 lakhs + Rs. 70.93 lakhs). Out of that the unspent
balance of Govt. of India share is Rs. 666.46 lakhs and the
State Govt. share is Rs. 555.00 lakhs. |
